Sylvaner

Refreshing and discreetly fruity, vivacious and slightly mineral. Ideal with mixed salads, seafood, charcuterie and cooked cheese dishes such as raclette and tartiflette.

Auxerrois

The palate of this wine is supple and dry, with a flavour of fresh fruits. It is perfect with fish and white meat, pies and charcuterie, not forgetting cheeses such a Comté, Saint-Nectaire and Cantal.

Riesling

Expressive, with a taste of citrus fruits and pleasant minerality, elegant and refreshing in the mouth. Wonderful with seafood, poultry, white meat and goat cheese.

Pinot Noir

Fruity and light, supple in the mouth. Best drunk chilled with grills, picnic buffets, couscous or poultry.

Pinot Gris

Has a nose with notes of woodland and toast, generous in the mouth with a fine minerality. A perfect accompaniment for fish in sauce, white meat, duck or braised foie gras.

Gewurztraminer

A delicate spicy, flowery bouquet, with a very pleasant balance in mouth. Delicious as an aperitif, or to accompany exotic dishes, strong cheeses and desserts.
